The brief keeps changing as new information is gathered. Communication is slow and hampered by a system virus which caused breaks in the supply chain. Waiting on further diagnostics means the future is destabilising.
Outcomes are dependant on how much the operating system improves. There are complicated issues that have yet to be addressed. Funding and long waits for service are hampering resolution.
Currently simplification is needed in order to remain viable. Downgrades continue to be made and are improving function to some degree. A simpler, slower mandate with reduced stress is the best approach.
Some upgrades have included prescribed daily consumables. With every new addition, improvements in one area are gained but may cause failures in other crucial components. Regular maintenance and follow up needed. Unfortunately the head of that department has retired, leaving a gap that cannot be filled due to a severe shortage. For now, operators will follow the prescribed plan baring any complications.
